Hello and welcome to Yaley Dental! My name is Sonia and I’m both a Registered Dental Assistant and the office manager. I love working with Dr. Yaley and our team: we are all very compassionate, professional, love what we do, and support one another to provide you with the best dentistry!
My favorite part of my job is connecting with patients. It’s rewarding to help each feel comfortable in our office and see how we create a smile that boosts their confidence. I have worked in the dental field since 2000 and joined Yaley Dental in 2018. I supervise our staff, maintain appointment schedules and coordinate patient treatment, oversee billing, answer incoming calls, and all other office tasks. I’m busy, but never too busy to answer your questions and find out how your day is going.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family. I love the outdoors, traveling, sports (Giants, 49ers, and Warriors), dancing, hiking, and hot yoga. As a foodie, I also enjoy trying different foods.

Dr. Yaley and each member of the team truly care about our patients and their individual needs. I really enjoy the connections that grow with patients, getting to know each on a personal level, in addition to their oral health. I started my career in 2018, as a Registered Dental Assistant, then received my BS in Dental Hygiene and joined this practice in 2021. I provide preventive and therapeutic oral care through examination, routine hygiene maintenance, and patient education. One of the most rewarding aspects of my profession is the instant gratification: when patients can see and feel a difference after their hygiene visits.
I’ve lived in the Bay Area for most of my life, growing up in a very diverse community, which exposed me to many cultures and cuisines. Now, I enjoy going out to eat and try new things (I’m a big foodie!). Aside from working at Yaley Dental, I am also part-time faculty in the Dental Assisting apprenticeship program and Foothill College. When I’m not working, I enjoy time with my family, including my two Shih Tzus.

Hello and welcome! My name is Mary and I’m one of Dr. Yaley’s dental assistants. This is an amazing practice, where Dr. Yaley and each of my coworkers are committed to delivering the experience of quality for our patients. With excellent dentistry and personalized service, we’ll help you enjoy a lifetime of healthy smiles!
I enjoy interacting with our patients, getting to know them as people, and making them feel comfortable. I go out of my way (as does everyone here) to ease people’s fears and help them be at ease. In addition to assisting Dr. Yaley during procedures while supporting our patient, I am responsible for general clinic administrative work and maintenance. Keeping everything organized means we’re able to provide the best experience and results.
When I leave work in the evening, it’s to spend time with my husband Aaron at our home in Pacifica. We love being with our family, especially our nieces and nephews who are like our own kids. I also like to go on hikes and walks on the beach, workout at the gym, and travel.
